Lello 5-in-1 Convertible Crib

Waited 12 weeks to receive this and the instructions were attached to a piece in a bag. Once opening the bag and looking at the instructions, on page 2 or 3, it tells you that the side the instructions were attached to should be installed that side up. There was no way to tell what side that was after taking all the pieces out of the box and starting assembly.
Would be easier to just have a sticker on that piece. Additionally, it was missing washers in the bag, so we had to go find them at a hardware store. For this price and wait time, this shouldn't have happened. I've had easier pieces to build from Ikea.
