Very disappointed with both the Nuna PIPA canopy and customer service experience.
The canopy on our car seat is extremely floppy and collapses easily, unlike the structured appearance shown in Nuna’s promotional photos and videos. It does not provide consistent shade coverage and feels poorly supported for a premium-priced product.
We even had it compared in person at Snuggle Bugz, where staff were also surprised by how unsupported the canopy appeared.
Customer service was slow to respond and ultimately dismissed the concern as “normal design” without offering a meaningful resolution despite escalation requests.
Expected much better quality and support from a premium brand.
