I was so excited to find a puddle jumper weighted for 22lb for my 18 month old, but unfortunately it's way too big and it's a lot more bulky than the cheaper puddle jumper from Wal Mart. I would return it but I pulled off the tags.

Love the safety built in with the shoulder straps, the clips that’s require two hands to operate and tightening/loosening the size cannot easily be altered. My 2 year old safely used this with years of growth built in. Highly recommend

After trying many puddle jumpers we found this gem! All the others would slide down my sons chest and arms. My son wore this at a waterpark and pools and it didn't slip down at all! Great quality!! Couple things, I wish they would make brighter colours that are more noticeable for safety reasons. Also I would say the weight range is off. We tried it on my 2.5 year old who weighs 27 pounds and it's way too big!! For reference it works well on my 3.5 yo, 40 pound child on the smallest setting and shoulder straps are still too big. So not sure how they figure this will fit a 22 pound child.
