Cruiser™ Original Breathable Baby Shoe with Flexible Sole

Love these shoes!

I ordered baby shoes from Snuggle Bugz for my daughter’s upcoming event, but they arrived with visible stitching defects, loose threads, and unfinished/uneven stitching. The shoes were brand new and never worn.

I contacted customer service with photos. They sent a prepaid return label, but the only solution offered was for me to return the defective item, wait for the warehouse to receive it, wait another 3–5 business days for the refund, and then place a new order myself. This was disappointing because the issue was not caused by me — the item arrived defective.

I also found the return instructions concerning, especially the mention of a possible restocking fee of up to 100% if the packaging is damaged. For a defective product, I expected a more helpful resolution, such as an exchange or expedited replacement.

Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling inconvenienced for a quality-control issue that was not my fault, and I would be hesitant to order from Snuggle Bugz again.

I love how easy these are to put on and their soft flexible sole makes waking easy for little feet. Baby’s feet are never sweaty thanks to the mesh.
