The Veer Cruiser Nap System is fantastic for exactly what it’s designed for: getting your baby outside for naps. Think of it as a rolling crib, not a bassinet stroller. It has been a lifesaver for getting some gardening work done, while baby is getting fresh air sleep. I love the canopy attachment for creating a cozy, dim environment.
Setup is quick and straightforward, though not one-handed. In colder weather, you’ll also want to add a cushy bassinet insert or footmuff to make it truly comfortable.
The Cruiser’s plastic wheels and lack of suspension make the ride quite bumpy. Any uneven terrain transfers directly into the wagon, so I wouldn’t consider it ideal for longer walks. I usually carry my baby in a carrier, and once he’s ready to sleep, I transfer him into the Nap System and avoid moving it too much.
P.S. If you have your babe in a car seat with the attachment, the Nap System without the mattress also makes an awesome shopping cart.
