I really wanted to love the Veer Switch & Roll stroller, but it’s been a huge disappointment from both a quality and customer service standpoint.
The biggest issue is durability. The frame simply does not hold up — screws were literally falling out, and when I reached out to customer service, I was told to use Loctite to keep them in place. That’s not an acceptable solution on a premium stroller, especially one meant to safely carry a child. It gave me zero confidence in the product, and even less in the company standing behind it.
To make matters worse, the brake completely stopped working after only 6 months of use. Instead of properly fixing the issue or replacing the stroller, the company sent me parts and expected me to complete the repair myself. That’s incredibly frustrating and not what you expect when you invest in a high-end product.
The Switchback seat is another letdown. It’s not comfortable for my child, the harness straps are frustrating and awkward to adjust, and the canopy is poorly designed — it constantly comes loose and has even fallen apart. For something used daily, these issues add up quickly.
Overall, the quality feels cheap and unreliable, which is incredibly disappointing given the price point.
I previously used UPPAbaby products for years and never had a single issue — the difference in build quality and customer service is night and day. I regret switching and would strongly recommend sticking with a brand that actually stands behind their products.
Save your money — this one is not worth it.
