Mamaroo Smart Swing

Overall, this is a quality product, with a premium price tag. The product is well-made, durable, and the actual mechanics are impressive. I'm happy with the machine overall. Unfortunately it was mostly ineffective on our little girl, but most products are so I can't say this is entirely the fault of this swing. I also wish the mobile attached to it could move on its own, since that was the part that calmed her down the most. Having to stand there and manually spin the balls kind of defeated the purpose of having this thing.

I do not recommend purchasing this swing. It has a defect where the swing jerks every 20–30 seconds. I initially contacted Snuggle Bugz, who directed me to UPPAbaby. UPPAbaby sent me a replacement, but it had the exact same issue.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund so I could purchase a swing from another brand, but UPPAbaby refused and instead sent me another replacement. This third swing no longer has the constant jerking issue, but it still jolts whenever you switch modes, which startles my baby.
As a new mom, this entire experience has been exhausting. While UPPAbaby’s customer service team was polite and responsive, the swing’s movement is far from smooth or reliable. I also reached out to Snuggle Bugz for a refund, but was told that since the product was opened, there’s nothing they can do.
