The product itself is alright, as the fabric is a bit rough. What is more disappointing is Snugglebugz’ refund policy, which is unclear and misleading. They advertise “one free refund per order” but don’t specify this only applies when you have purchased their random shipping insurance. For a store selling items for babies, you would think they would have a little more understanding towards families with little babies who can’t make it in store to make refunds. Snugglebugz - do better.

My daughter loves this sleep sack. I also like versatility of the sleep sack and it’s perfect for infants who are transitioning from a swaddle. My room temp is always 21-22 degrees C at home, and the TOG 2. 5 rating is perfect for my daughter while she is wearing onsie underneath the sack.

Only one the baby likes sleeping in. Definitely need a second one in case of spills.
