Very disappointed. Purchased this for my baby while pregnant. Put it on at 2mo, kept falling off because the nub is too short to stay threaded. Reached out to SnuggleBugz who reached out the the company and won't replace because it's "outside of their window", even when my baby wasn't born yet. So paid $40 with shipping for something we can't use. . . They suggest we rethread on different string. Very disappointed in both the seller and SnuggleBugz for not making it right.
I should also add that I specifically purchased this brand because it was perfect with my 3yo and I didn't trust others. . .
