Nursery Pal Premium Baby Monitor

The sounds on the monitor stopped working just after the warranty expired. We had to send the entire product to them in Halifax for them to inspect the product. After weeks (if not months) they finally told us that the product was not fixable, there was nothing they could or would do to help (refund, discount on new product, etc), and that if we wanted our property back we had to send a prepaid shipping label.
This company is horrible, I would never buy another product made by hubbel.

This company is a complete scam and will happily sell you a defective product, take months to acknowledge it, and then refuse to send you a replacement due to 'stocking issues'. It is impossible to speak with anyone over the telephone, you will only ever deal with someone who takes days to reply to emails. I have gone so far as messaging senior management through linkedin regarding this and they frankly do not care.
