Puffer Bear Hat

This hat is very good quality and the fur trim is so soft. It is very warm and the strap prevents my toddler from removing it. It is made very small. I sized up and it barely fits on my child’s head. I used the sizing chart. We have another hat by the same company in a size smaller and it fits better than the new one I just purchased.

This runs SO small. I ordered 9-18mos and it's too small for my 9 month old.
