It was easy to assemble and the baby enjoyed the swing . It was pricey compared to other products

I do not recommend purchasing this swing. It has a defect where the swing jerks every 20–30 seconds. I initially contacted Snuggle Bugz, who directed me to UPPAbaby. UPPAbaby sent me a replacement, but it had the exact same issue.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund so I could purchase a swing from another brand, but UPPAbaby refused and instead sent me another replacement. This third swing no longer has the constant jerking issue, but it still jolts whenever you switch modes, which startles my baby.
As a new mom, this entire experience has been exhausting. While UPPAbaby’s customer service team was polite and responsive, the swing’s movement is far from smooth or reliable. I also reached out to Snuggle Bugz for a refund, but was told that since the product was opened, there’s nothing they can do.
