Primo Viaggio All-In-One Convertible Car Seat

As many have stated it’s so hard to tighten the straps on this seat when child is in it. It’s not safe at all. Save your money and buy a different seat

We got two of these car seats on sale for our twins, after having used the Britax One4Life Slim in our other car. We needed a second set of seats for my parents' vehicle and opted to purchase these as they were highly recommended and on sale at the time. These seats DO NOT SECURE TIGHTLY TO THE VEHICLE. We tried using the latch straps, the seatbelt, even switching them from being attached in the car with leather seats to one with cloth seats, hoping the friction would improve the security. But they simply do not sit as securely in the car as the Britax seats. They constantly move, and I do not feel safe placing our children in these seats. I would not recommend these seats to anyone at all.

Edited to add: After a few days of using them, I also agree with the other reviewer who stated that the straps are near impossible to tighten when baby is in the seat. They do not ensure a snug fit and can result in injury. I have had to take them out of my car.

I love this car seat. We actually have two. It has all the features we were looking for. Other reviews mention inability to tighten once the child is in the seat but I don’t find it difficult to tighten at all. Perhaps it’s not set up correctly? I love that you get 2” extra when rear facing by sliding out the bar. It’s also an amazing feature that this fits children from 5lbs to 110lbs with the seat inserts. I wanted a non-toxic car seat and it truly was exactly what I wanted. It also has many recline options. My little one went from not sleeping in her bucket seat to instantly being comfortable enough to go right to sleep in this one. We love it! I’d buy again and again.

While I love the overall look of this carseat and all the adjustability, this thing is impossible to tighten once the child is in the seat. I've reached out to the company thinking it was a one off but the second seat arrived and we are having the same problem. I can hardly tighten it up myself and my husband has to be the one to always put my son in it. Try and test with your toddler in it before buying because the teather works fine in an empty seat. Wish I could return.

Sadly I don't like them. It's very hard to install and i dont feel my children are secure in them. Plus the adjusting of the straps are even harder. If I could return them, I would!

The only thing I do like are the various positions it has.
