Great for kids!

Great wagon for kids. Easy to travel with and easy to pack up and go. Folds up nicely and is easy to maneuver. I just wish you didn’t have to pay extra for every single part. Otherwise, all of my kids love it!

A+

My kids absolutely love the ride in the cruiser city! I opted to get the XL so I can bring my two children plus my Pomeranian - he’s adjusting a little slower than the children lol! Overall it’s a smooth ride and it’s easier to push than my actual stroller,

Good but not great

We ordered this wagon to grow with our family, and it is good overall but not great and definitely not the best value in comparison to a double stroller.
Here are some things we like: the XL allows us to stagger our two boys so they have more leg room and aren't kicking each other (when they sit across from each other it's tight), it's fun and my eldest can climb in and out independently, and it does clean well.
That said, here's what I wish I knew before purchasing: 1) storage/carry space is minimal, we end up having to use one of the seats to hold a mini cooler bag and even warmer clothes during transitional seasons, or put the stuff in the footwell but then everything gets squished/dirty and takes away from leg room for the kids. I much prefer a basket under a double stroller to accommodate things so it's out of the way and out of reach from little hands. Even if Veer makes a clip on bag for the City, similar to what they have for the original model, this would make the wagon VERY long and likely impact the spaces you would fit - don't even think about going into a grocery store with this thing; 2) the snack tray is large and positioned well between the seats but if using with kids of different ages they can easily reach for each other's snack which may not be appropriate, or cue the arguing; 3) while the City version steers well in push mode, the XL is wide and *just* fits through standard doorways, you need to go through doors straight on and the door has to be all the way open so if using alone without an automatic opener - good luck; 4) the seats are HARD and while the vents on the seat backs are great in the summer, they suck when it's cooler and windy and it hits your kid right on the back. You definitely need the comfort seat for younger kids which is a separate purchase; 5) the sunshades are useless in my opinion. They only work at noon or when the sun is directly above you. Clearly Veer has already realized this as they've made zip on extenders but I'm tired of paying for more accessories when they're proving useless; 6) When folding the wagon, accessories, such as the sunshade, snack tray and parent cupholders, need to be removed. If you're planning to use this regularly for day trips, this is really inconvenient. Overall, unless you really need to move 3 or 4 kids around, I would recommend you stick with a double stroller which has much greater functionality, flexibility and fewer accessories to buy separately.

It's okay - company nickels and dimes you on the accessories

I have the Cybex Gisele dual stroller, Thule Chariot Sport double, and now the cruiser. Each had a purpose (stroller when they were newborns), Chariot for biking, and the city cruiser because it looked cool. Out of all three, cruiser would be at the bottom because for the price, it is severely lacking features (e.g., suspension, rain cover, hood, etc.). Thule is light years ahead of the Veer (e.g., adjustable suspension, disc brakes, safety strap, etc.) but is super wide and this makes it difficult to get through your standard door. The Cybex has ample storage off the bat, it comes with a suspension, and you can recline the seats. The Veer looks cool but is very primitive. I wouldn't get the all terrain vs the city (newer) simply for easy of maneuvering. Pushing it, you can feel every bump versus the others strollers are very plush (especially the Thule with its monster size wheels). The standard seatbelts feel cheap on the Veer - leaving you to think this product has been heavily marked up.

I bought the XL for my twins thinking they could sit both forward looking and leave room for a possible third kid. Biggest oversight was them not wanting to sit next to each other (fighting).

What I like about the Veer, easy for the kids to get in and out. Low to the ground. Looks kinda cool. Sits 4, comes with a snack tray, kids can sit opposite of each other at the same level. What I don't like is the price and zero features. You also have to spend a lot to make it have the basic features of a stroller and the same amount of storage.
