All orders placed through our website are for pick-up at our Burlington warehouse location or our Coquitlam store location unless you have opted to pay for delivery by one of our third-party companies at checkout.

Upon Placing Your Order

Once you've placed your order at Nestled.ca, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. You will then receive a follow up phone call or email from your local Nestled to confirm order details. 

Note: All orders are considered as a special order that can take up to 16 weeks to arrive.

Once Your Order Arrives

Once your order has arrived in our Oakville warehouse, you will be notified by your Nestled team with details on how you can pick up your order. If you have opted for delivery, you will either receive a phone call or email from the local delivery company. For all orders shipped, the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your house but cannot assist you with unpacking or assembling your order.

Furniture items are final sale and non-returnable. Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new and unused.

Inspect your items upon delivery. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist with a replacement or repair.

All Nestled furniture products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or manufacturing. This warranty is covered by the manufacturer directly.

Please note that warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, user error, or excessive wear and tear. Consumer is responsible for any damages that occur during transport should they choose to pick up instead of paying for the professional delivery service that we offer. Nestled is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns. Nestled is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or malfunction of products. Any claim submitted to a manufacturer is subject to their sole discretion if they determine that the item has been mishandled by the consumer.
