I have encountered significant issues with the quality of the kids’ high chair I ordered. Unfortunately, my initial order arrived damaged, prompting a second purchase in hopes of finding an undamaged product that would complement my home. Regrettably, the second chair I received is in even worse condition, with broken parts on the seat sides. This poses a serious safety risk, as if not thoroughly inspected prior to installation, it could lead to a child falling. I kindly request that you urgently investigate and address these quality concerns with the factory, including both the product itself and the packaging. This matter requires immediate attention to ensure the safety of children using your high chairs.
