Kids grow up fast and the Ingenuity Full Course SmartClean 6-in-1 High Chair grows with them. Every inch was designed to help you conquer mealtime as it advances from puree splatters to picky eaters. This convertible high chair easily transitions from first foods chair to a traditional high chair to a chair top booster to a dining chair and toddler seat. When used as a booster and toddler chair, it can seat two children at the same time. The Feed Easy mini food tray makes less mess and intimate parent-baby bonding, alongside the main tray for bigger bites. Both trays easily slide out with a pinch. Keep your little one comfy (features 3 recline positions) and secure with the 5-point safety harness. The harness and straps are machine-washable, while the SmartClean EVA foam seat pad can be wiped clean. The portable high chair has 2 wheels, so it's easy to move when not in use. Give baby a seat at the table that’ll change as much as the child's taste buds. Messy eaters are no match for the Ingenuity Full Course SmartClean 6-in-1 High Chair.

Straps broke, poor customer service from Kids2

I purchased the Ingenuity high chair three years ago, drawn to its promise of lasting and growing with my family. However, I am now deeply disappointed by both the quality of the product and the lack of support from customer service.
Recently, the straps on the high chair tore, and while I understand some wear and tear is to be expected, safety components like straps should be easy to replace—especially for a product marketed to last and grow with a family. I reached out to customer service for assistance, speaking with three different agents. Unfortunately, none were able to provide a helpful solution. Two agents hung up on me, and the third simply suggested I stop using the product altogether, which is not an acceptable option.
As a parent, I expected more from a company that claims to support families and provide solutions for raising children. My experience with Kids2 has been the opposite. I’m more than willing to pay for replacement straps, but no assistance has been offered. It’s frustrating and disheartening to feel unsupported in a situation that impacts my child’s safety.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that this issue is resolved soon. The lack of customer care and product quality has made me reconsider any future purchases from this brand.
