How It Works:

SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS:

  • To have your order picked up at a Snuggle Bugz location, check stock availability on the product details page. Use the Pick Up In Store feature and filter by your location. If in-stock, add the item to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • You can now add multiple items to your order to pick up at the store if stock is available.

WAIT TO HEAR FROM US:

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order was successfully received and is being processed.
  • We will notify you by email within 1 business day [of your order being placed/receiving your confirmation email] that your order is ready for pickup.

ORDER PICK UP:

  • After you receive your notification email that your items are ready for pickup, head to the store to pick up your order. Call the store upon arrival to let them know you are there. Please have your order number handy and a photo ID with you for verification.

What is Buy Online Pick Up In Store?

  • This new feature allows you to place an order online and safely & securely pick it up at a store near you!

When will my order be ready?

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification stating that your order was successfully received and is being processed. We will notify you via phone within 1 business day [of your order being placed/receiving your confirmation email] that your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please note, some orders may not be ready for pick up within the 1 business day timeframe, as some may require additional information or time for review. Please always wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.

When can I pick up my order?

  • Once you receive a notification that your order is ready, you can head to the store during operating hours.

Are all products eligible for store pick up?

  • No. Eligibly for store pick up depends on the store’s inventory and product assortment.

What products are eligible for Store Pick Up?

  • Our website will let you know if a product is available at a specific location. To see if an item is eligible for in store pick up, use the Pick Up In Store feature on the product detail page and filter by your location. If in-stock, add the item to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • This tool also allows you to view the product quantity available at that specific location.

Are there any additional charges for Store Pick up?

  • No, there is no additional costs when buying online and picking up in store. You will pay only the online price for your item(s) with no additional fees or shipping charges.

What should I do when I get to the store?

  • Call the Snuggle Bugz store once you arrive and let them know you are there to pick up you order. Please provide your name and order number. Head to the front door and a store advisor will bring your items to the front door.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order?

  • For easy order pick up, please bring your order number and a photo ID with you to the store. The person picking up the order must be the same person who placed the order.
  • We may also ask you for the credit card used to make this purchase to verify the items belong to you.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

  • You will have 1 week to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days, we will automatically return the items and refund your card.

Can I select certain items to pick up in store and have others shipped?

  • Yes! If the item is not available at store location, simply “Buy Online” when adding to cart. You will be able to check out with a combination of items being shipped and items that you will pick up.

Can I split my order between different pickup locations?

  • No, we can only allow one pickup location per order.

When will I be charged for my store pickup order?

  • Your payment will be authorized when you place your order and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Can I cancel my store pick up order?

  • Items purchased online for in store pickup can be cancelled by emailing or calling the store directly or contacting sales@snugglebugz.ca

What if I don’t want to wait to pick up my order?

  • If the item is available at your local Snuggle Bugz location, you can call the store directly and ask them to place the item on hold. Upon arrival, call the store and let them know you are there to purchase an item on hold. Payment by either credit card [MasterCard or Visa only] or debit will be processed at the door. We will not be accepting cash for safety of our staff and friends.

How do I return my purchase?

  • Items that are picked up in store can be returned to that store or any Snuggle Bugz location or through our customer service team at sales@snugglebugz.ca.
  • Please note, for safety and hygienic reasons, some items are final sale. You can read more about our return policy here.
