XC All-Weather Cover

The cover is amazing and it keeps the kids really warm while walking in the winter , but it ripped on the edge when putting it on seem like the seam was not sewed properly- I did have to call keenz directly to get a replacement cover however they are out of stock so I may have to wait a while, in the mean time I just have a clip on the one side to hold the cove closed at the back. Inconvenience but still workable

This cover came and I was so excited to use it for my daycare to keep them warm. Well, upon first use and opening the box… no instructions were given on how to use it so I had to guess (no tutorials online either!) and of course, it ripped at the seam… brand new for $100 I paid for this. I’m so disappointed. Hoping snuggle bugs will send me a new one for the inconvenience.
